SPINNING BABIES® BIRTH PREPARATION CLASS
This 3-hour class is designed for the expectant mother and a support person. Must be at least 24 weeks pregnant
Spinning Babies® Parent Class highlights your baby’s active role to rotate down and out of the pelvis.
Find comfort in pregnancy and an easier birth in this 3 hour long class
Head down is only the beginning! Which way your head-down baby is facing has a huge impact on how long and hard (or short and easy!) your labor is.
During labor, your baby turns through three levels of the pelvis. Together, you and your birth partner can use these techniques before and during labor to help “make room for baby!” Spinning Babies reveals how the baby can find optimal positions for labor and allows birth to be more comfortable. Come learn techniques to help support an easier birth!
This class is for expectant parents only
This is NOT your usual childbirth class! We will NOT talk about the stages of labor!
Who should take this class?
Anyone seeking to increase their chances of an easier birth. This course is designed to complement a childbirth class, not to be a substitute for one.
Please Wear comfortable clothes you can move around easily in. You will be doing some of the positions during the class.

Due to limited classes, we regret we must keep rescheduling to a minimum. A class may be rescheduled one time for non-emergency reasons. For class cancellations, a minimum of 24 hours advanced notice prior to the class is required to be eligible for a full refund. Refunds will not be issued for any missed classes.We reserve the right to cancel classes due to inclement weather, lack of participants, and/or scheduling conflicts.
