Spinning Babies® Parent Class highlights your baby’s active role to rotate down and out of the pelvis and is currently available for only fully vaccinated couples

Head down is only the beginning! Which way your head-down baby is facing has a huge impact on how long and hard (or short and easy!) your labor is.
During labor, your baby turns through three levels of the pelvis. Together, you and your birth partner can use these techniques before and during labor to help “make room for baby!” Spinning Babies reveals how the baby can find optimal positions for labor and allows birth to be more comfortable. Come learn techniques to help support an easier birth!

This is NOT your usual childbirth class! We will NOT talk about the stages of labor!
Who should take this class?
Best taken between 24 and 30 weeks, this class is for anyone seeking to increase their chances of an easier birth. This course is designed to complement a childbirth class, not to be a substitute for one.
In this class we focus on balance, positioning, and space! These are the topics we'll cover that will help you and your birth partner prepare for birth!

Due to limited classes, we regret we must keep rescheduling to a minimum. A class may be rescheduled one time for non-emergency reasons. For class cancellations, a minimum of 24 hours advanced notice prior to the class is required to be eligible for a full refund.
